James Kennedy Had a Hilarious Reaction to Josh Flagg's $29.5 Million Listing
The Vanderpump Rules DJ didn't hold back with his thoughts on the MDLLA realtor's news of a listed property.
When Josh Flagg shared the details of his latest multi-million dollar listing, fellow Bravoleb and Vanderpump Rules cast member James Kennedy had thoughts.
On April 25, Josh took to his Instagram page to share a screenshot of an article from The Real Deal. The article revealed that the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent was co-listing an incredible contemporary-style mansion in Beverly Hills Post Office, a Beverly Hills-adjacent neighborhood in Los Angeles, for $29.5 million.
Upon seeing the post, James shared his reaction in the comments section, playfully writing, "Looks [alright] I guess," adding a laughing-crying emoji in the mix.

The 8,800-square-foot property looks "[alright]" indeed, with seven bedrooms, a beautiful modern design, and plenty of indoor-outdoor living space, complete with a glowing in-ground pool in the backyard. The home also boasts several upscale amenities, including an outdoor kitchen and fire pit, spa, steam showers, movie theater, gym, and even a Himalayan salt sauna.
OK, maybe James and Ally Lewber's Burbank, California, three-bedroom house isn't as over-the-top as Josh's $29.5 million listing, but we still think their home is beyond "[alright]", too!
James Kennedy and Ally Lewber have discussed a "baby room" in their house
Speaking of James and Ally's house, on Season 11, Episode 12 of Vanderpump Rules, which aired on April 16, the couple had an emotional conversation about their differing feelings on having children. Then, on the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 After Show, James shared an update on the situation, revealing if they were planning to change their home around the potential new family member.
James first explained on the After Show that although he and Ally were "not even a year in the house yet" they have "joked and been like, 'The guest room is gonna be a baby room.'"
The DJ noted, however, that he and Ally aren't in a rush to start a home transformation anytime soon.
"Our parents haven't even stayed in it three times each yet," he said. "We're just giving it some time. Let it actually become a guest room...Whenever we talk about it it's never an argument."
