Take a Tour of Bella Paradiso, Tracy Tutor's Incredible $14M Arizona Listing
The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent called the property "a 20,000 square-foot Arizona masterpiece."
On Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' August 4 episode, Tracy Tutor hopped on a plane to check out a potential listing in Paradise Valley, an affluent town in Arizona.
"It's like the Beverly Hills of Arizona. There's a lot of gated communities, there's beautiful shopping, great restaurants," Tracy said during the episode. "The Scottsdale market is actually really strong right now. It is more affordable than the likes of California, New York, Miami, and a really great option for people looking for a secondary home where the weather is gonna be incredible, they can play golf, they can hike six months out of the year."
Beyond the neighborhood, Tracy was absolutely blown away by the home. "Everything about this house is impeccable," she said. "If you put Bella Paradiso on a bluff lot in Malibu or on a view site in a prominent Bel Air location, the house would be between 60 and 70 million dollars."
As Tracy and her team aimed to sell the 12.5-bathroom home for the listing price of just under $14 million, they created an open house experience that was just as luxe as the property itself. "When you have a 20,000-square-foot Arizona masterpiece, you better bring it," she said. "And so we are."

Elegant Exterior
The backyard boasts a synthetic lawn, elevated spa, and unobstructed Camelback Mountain views.
Lavish Living Rooms
Tracy was impressed with the home's "unmistakable opulence." One noteworthy feature was a custom Italian glass table located between the foyer and the main living room. Inspired by The Louvre, the table offered a direct view to the floor below it.
Chic Formal Dining Room
The eye-catching space had its own attached service pantry.
Gorgeous Game Room
The room featured a full bar, just one of three in the home.
Expansive Kitchen
While checking out the entertainer's kitchen with massive double islands, Tracy noted the "spectacular" $125,000 backsplash, which was hand-painted by the "same gentleman that hand-painted Versace's swimming pool in Miami," the owner explained.
Luxe Bedroom
"It's absolutely stunning," Tracy said of the primary bedroom, which boasts an attached sitting room. "It's so feminine but so classic at the same time."
Jaw-Dropping Closet
"It's like a store," Tracy said. "This closet is quintessential feminine perfection."
Opulent Ballroom
"This is subtle," Tracy joked of the space, which has its own catering area.
Spacious Office
Tracy's team member Gina Dickerson noted during the episode that the office space could be used as a bedroom.
