Ryan Serhant is in the midst of renovating a $7.6 million townhouse in Brooklyn — and it's been quite the project. The Million Dollar Listing New York agent enlisted a crew of 12 to tackle the overhaul, and they've been hard at work for two years and counting. So, is there an end in sight for this massive rehab?
When catching up with fans in a recent Ask Me Anything session, the Serhant real-estate company founder provided an update. "When will your house be finished?" a follower wrote on Instagram. "Can't wait to see the finished product!" Tell him about it.
"Ah! I can't wait to see it either," Ryan responded. "It's almost done. I would say two, three months away. Then we gotta kind of design it and get it all ready." But in short, Zena's proud papa would like fans to know that he's "almost there, almost there."
