Adam C. Banks

Adam is Roblé’s right-hand man in the kitchen. Raised in New York City by parents who are also culinary grads, Adam was destined for a career in culinary art. After attending The Culinary Institute of America, he returned to New York City and worked his way through many successful catering companies. Having met Roblé along the way, he ended up working with him closely for a year and then was brought on as sous chef for Roblé & Co. When not in the kitchen, Adam is usually traveling, exploring the city's wine spots or discovering new culinary influences.
