Mathew’s first experience in the galley began when he went on tour with Greenpeace, where he was hired as an assistant to a classically-trained French Chef who became his mentor. While crossing the ocean from port to port, he realized he could pursue a career in the yachting industry and continue to cook and travel. With high-end clientele such as Hugh Jackman, Rupert Murdoch and more, Mathew has cooked for an extensive list of the top one-percenters of the world. This season, Mathew brings his experience and passion to the galley while taking on some of the most demanding charter guests and a few unexpected challenges.

Growing up with five older brothers set the tone for her adventure-seeking, active lifestyle. A certified dive master, Malia has backpacked the world, even teaching scuba and water sport lessons throughout the Bahamas and Hawaii. This season, Malia will take on even more responsibility and pressure as she leads a new deck team and charter guests through adventurous, nature-filled excursions.

During her time in Florida, she coincidentally met a yacht captain who invited her to come work as a stewardess on his boat and hasn't looked back since. Even when she is in uniform, Lexi manages to remain glamourous and have a good time. Lexi joins the crew as the second stew and is always one to prioritize service to the guests.

Courtney grew up in North Wales and spent most of her childhood exploring the area’s beautiful lakes and mountains. After she finished school at a performing arts college, she began traveling and lived all over the world with countless jobs lined up on her resume, including a ski resort representative, bartender, paper delivery girl, nanny, and even a performer in Disneyland Paris. During her travels, she ended up in Australia where she worked on several smaller boats as a deck/stew. Once Courtney accepted her first job on a yacht in the South of France, she knew she had found the perfect fit. With a sunny personality and can-do attitude, Courtney is motivated to continue to progress on the interior side while having a great time with the crew.

With experience on multiple motor yachts up to 55 meters, David is thrilled to bring his work ethic and good attitude on board mega yacht Lady Michelle.

Once he finished his courses, he accepted his first job on deck but ended up running into some visa constraints that prevented him from leaving the country. Now he is ready to jump back into yachting to see the world and learn about other cultures. Zee’s contagious laughter and lovable spirit make him the life of every party!

After the local skippers encouraged him to choose a life on the water, he started sailing in the winter months and handling deliveries in the Irish sea, which eventually led him to a burgeoning career in super yachting. On the mega yacht Lady Michelle, Lloyd is a joy to be around and a hard worker who is determined to prove his skills both on deck and in engineering. One to always say yes to a challenge, he loves the ever-changing and exciting lifestyle that yachting provides.

After the local skippers encouraged him to choose a life on the water, he started sailing in the winter months and handling deliveries in the Irish sea, which eventually led him to a burgeoning career in super yachting. On the mega yacht Lady Michelle, Lloyd is a joy to be around and a hard worker who is determined to prove his skills both on deck and in engineering.
