Mercedes "MJ" Javid Glammed up a Pair of Bike Shorts with Stunning White Heels

There’s no denying that bike shorts are one of the most popular trends of this summer. From Kandi Burruss’s sporty blue and white pair to Dorit Kemsley’s glam blazer and bike shorts look, they’re the most perfectly comfortable and versatile staple to have In your closet. Mercedes “MJ” Javid is the latest to give the trend a go, and honestly, she totally killed it. 

In a July 7 Instagram post, MJ showed off her stunning black and white look. The Shahs of Sunset mama stepped out in a black and white long sleeved top and a simple pair of classic bike shorts. MJ paired the comfy (but chic) pieces with a small white purse, and dressed up the vibe with a white pair of low sandal heels that she confirmed are Coach in an Instagram comment.

A few Bravolebs dropped into the comments section to tell MJ how fabulous she looked, like The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Eva Marcille, who wrote, “You look good Boo.” D’Andra Simmons of The Real Housewives of Dallas added, “You look beautiful my friend!” and MJ’s castmate, Mike Shouhed gushed, “Cutie pie!!! Looking good babe. Love to see you smiling.” 

Back in February, MJ opened up about getting back into fashion and beauty after giving birth to her son, Shams Francis Feight, in April 2019. “Last week was one of the first times since having baby Shams that I began to start feeling like I can come out the ‘mom cocoon’ of sweats and hair buns and got into the feeling of fashion and glam,” she wrote in an Instagram post. “Most days, as a new mom, I felt like I lost that internal connection to feeling desirable. It’s okay to have stages when it’s only about prioritizing baby and just do the bare minimum, i.e. showers.” 

Well, it looks like MJ is certainly back in that fashion and glam feeling, now!
