Craig Conover Reveals the Unexpected Reason He Moved in with Austen Kroll
The Southern Charm cast member opened up about the "exhausting" ordeal of moving out of his home.
Last year, Craig Conover proudly took to Instagram to document the progress on his chic new Charleston home. However, it turns out his time in the abode was unexpectedly short-lived.
"10 months ago I was living in literally a house decorated by a professional decorator and I really felt like an adult. It was amazing," Craig recalled on the October 29 Season 7 premiere of Southern Charm. "Then a plumber came for a routine checkup and there was a broken pipe, asbestos got blown all over my house, and now I cannot live there until the asbestos is gone. So instead, I'm living with Austen [Kroll]."
While Craig noted "the situation with my house is exhausting," he and Austen seemed to be fully embracing their new routine as roommates during the episode as they did laundry together and sat down to enjoy a breakfast smoothie Craig made to "earn [his] keep."
Still, Craig did have one change he would like to make to Austen's house. "Look at all of your decorative pillows!" he said, noting the lack of items from his company, Sewing Down South. "Where are my pillows? Did you give them all to your mom? I gave you a bunch."
Without missing a beat, Austen admitted, "Yeah, I did."
