When Craig Conover first had the idea to turn his passion for sewing into a full-time job, he struggled to navigate the early stages of starting a business, as he recalled to BravoTV.com in June: "I was stuck in a room in my house, a sewing room, with my assistant not really sure how to fill any orders." However, that doubt was incredibly short-lived. Since launching in Spring 2019, the Southern Charm star's company, Sewing Down South, has grown from a pillow line to a lifestyle brand featuring nursery and kitchen items, T-shirts, and face masks.
Part of Sewing Down South's journey to success has been the major partnerships and collaborations the company has done along the way, including an exclusive pillow collection with HSN that launched online in June. "It always seemed like such a huge goal," Craig told BravoTV.com at the time. "But I definitely thought we were a couple of years away from reaching it."
Just three months later, the company launched a 10-pillow collection with world-renowned furniture brand Thomasville. "This has been a year coming and another big step forward in building this company," Craig wrote on Instagram at the time. "It’s been a huge milestone collaborating with such an amazing and iconic company."
