Take a Peek Inside Madison LeCroy’s Boho Chic Home
The Southern Charm hairstylist is sharing a look inside her pretty house.
Madison LeCroy is always on the move. After all, in recent months, the Southern Charm hairstylist has been spotted rocking a snowmobile in Utah, catching a Broadway show in New York City, and prancing around the beach in Jamaica. But when she’s in Charleston, Madison is in full-time mommy mode in her gorgeous home.
Posting a series of videos to her Instagram Stories recently, Madison shared some footage of her young son Hudson’s moves—and let’s just say that the kid can dance! Twerking aside, we couldn’t help but notice Madison’s dreamy home, with its dark hardwood floors, traditional wood front door, and light walls and trims. She’s accented the space with a white wood TV console, a big ol’ leather ottoman, and — our favorite part — by layering two giant area rugs on top of each other.
Stacking rugs is a big home design trend these days, as it allows you to bring in multiple textures and patterns, creating a richer footprint in your space. Madison opted for a vintage tan-and-purple rug on top, with a larger natural fiber jute rug underneath.
And it turns out Madison’s social media followers couldn’t help but notice the rugs, as well! “Everyone asking about my rugs this is where you go @thesouthernloom,” she wrote alongside a screen grab of The Southern Loom Vintage Rugs’ Instagram page.
Yep, this is a design idea we’re definitely stealing. Madison is also in the process of working with a team of designers to reinvigorate her living room, which includes adding a big white sofa, bringing in new artwork and a painted rattan coffee table. “I can’t wait for you guys to see everything we got going on, new couch is being delivered, I’ll do a home tour at some point, but you guys are going to love it,” she said during an Instagram stories video. “So, I’m working with Hayes & Nash Design Co.—guys, look at this amazing picture they found for me, they picked out this rug, this coffee table.”
