Madison LeCroy has mastered meal prep. The Southern Charm cast member often shares snaps of her homemade meals, which are usually fast and easy to whip up. And simple is key: the Charleston mama stays busy opening a new hair salon and doing home visits for VIP clients like Patricia Altschul.
We've seen the hairstylist prepare tuna-and-lettuce wraps using just a few ingredients, as well as one-pan chicken and broccoli with lemon. She's also enlisted her son, Hudson, to help her whip up a dinner of steak, salmon, and roasted veggies. And in a recent Instagram post, the workout enthusiast showed exactly what she eats for breakfast.
Madison's snap showed a scalloped white plate holding two hardboiled eggs, along with a handful of both blueberries and raspberries. She'd poured a glass of green juice, which contained apple, celery, kale, spinach, cucumber, kiwi, and lemon juice. And on the side, the beauty pro had her vitamins and a wellness shot from KOR.
Previously, Madison shared more details about her daily diet with Bravo Insider. "I always try to do some kind of juice in the morning. I do celery juice for skin purposes," she explained. "I’m pretty mindful about whatever I eat." And she has some help in that department.
"I work out with a guy named Gunnar, who has been a friend of mine for so long. Him and his girlfriend are great. They help me with meal plans and stuff like that just to keep me on track because they know that I’ve worked hard."
