Amanda Batula Reacts to Gizelle Bryant Going Barefoot at BravoCon 2023 After Their 2022 Drama
The RHOP cast member had a change of heart after previously calling out the Summer House cast member for not wearing shoes at BravoCon 2022.
Reasonable or shady?
The Real Housewives of Potomac's Gizelle Bryant reminded her Instagram followers that last year, Summer House's Amanda Batula went barefoot in the BravoCon bathrooms. And while Gizelle initially called out the fellow Bravoleb for briefly walking around the 2022 event sans shoes, it seems she's now more accepting of the practice.
"Amanda Batula [you're] rubbing off on me," Gizelle captioned a photo of herself posing at BravoCon 2023 barefoot. Amanda reposted the story, and replied, "[If you know you know]. Love you so much for this."
The conversation about going barefoot in public spaces kicked off when Gizelle and Robyn Dixon recapped their BravoCon 2022 experience on their podcast Reasonably Shady. Gizelle explained she saw "one of those Summer House girls" sans shoes in the bathroom.

Though they declined to call out Amanda by name on the podcast, the topic came back into conversation when Robyn appeared on Watch What Happens Live in October 2022. While Andy Cohen said, "It's not a big deal," Robyn begged to differ.
Eventually, Robyn said, "It was Amanda. Sorry."
Of course, word got back to Amanda on social media, prompting her to comment online, "Should I start posting photos of me wearing shoes to try to convince everyone it's not true?"
There's no disputing Amanda wore shoes this time around, and several fabulous ones at that. Throughout the three-day event, she stepped out in denim heels, a lug-soled pair of loafers, white knee-high boots and more.
Gizelle also pulled out all the stops, wearing a chic, figure-hugging jumpsuit to go out on Friday night. She later put on a gold dress for day 2 that gave major goddess vibes.

And speaking of shoes, Real Housewives of New York City's Brynn Whitfield briefly went shoe-less when her Louboutin heels got stuck in the escalator. It was so jammed, workers had to be called to unscrew the machine and remove her red-bottomed heels.
"I have a cute pedicure so I don't care," she said. "You have to be prepared."
