Alexia Umansky shares how she seeks career advice from Mauricio Umansky and Farrah Brittany

Alexia has been a real estate agent for nearly five years, and in the beginning stages of her employment, she would turn to familiar faces for guidance. “I have always gone to my dad, Mauricio Umansky, and my sister, Farrah Brittany, when I am seeking advice,” she shared in a Q&A post on The Agency's official site. “They understand me, and they’re the best agents in the world!”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills daughter continued to reveal that she also leans on “colleagues for support.”

With that in mind, it seems The Agency is full of professionals who like to extend a helping hand to all their team members. As Alexia puts it: “The following quote — which I have reworked a bit to apply to this situation — rings true: ‘You will [find] that help will always be given at [The Agency] to those who ask for it.’ – Dumbledore (sort of).”

Alexia Umansky explains how she looks to her sister, Farrah Brittany as a mentor

As previously mentioned, Farrah is a high-performing agent on The Agency's team, which makes her skilled in many areas. So, you better believe Alexia looks up to her eldest sister as a mentor.

“I admire [Farrah] so much not only because of her great success but because of the kindness she exudes to her peers and her clients,” Alexia expressed in her Q&A. “She is smart, sharp, and gets things done. But knows she doesn’t have to be hard in order to do so. She trusts in her voice. She demands respect by giving mutual respect.”

Mauricio Umansky's Message for His Daughters

In another post published on The Agency’s website, Mauricio provided an empowering message for his daughters to honor International Women's Month.

“I stand in awe of the remarkable female leaders here at The Agency,” he shared. “Their exemplary dedication and unparalleled vision inspire not only admiration but a profound sense of hope for the future. As I look at all they have each accomplished — and work towards every day — I envision a world where my daughters, too, feel moved to pursue their dreams fearlessly, drawing strength from the incredible spirit of those who have come before them.”

That’s not the only shoutout Mauricio gave to his young professionals. Last month, the dad posted photos posing alongside his daughters, noting how "lucky" he is to be working with his "team."
