Over the past 13 seasons, they have gone from girls in grade school to women with careers, taking after their realtor father, who is the CEO and owner of real-estate brokerage, The Agency.

Farrah is currently a top selling agent with The Agency, Alexia joined the team in 2019, Sophia recently joined the team at The Agency, and Portia is still in high school (so give her a few more years).

Kyle knows a thing or two about what its like to work with her sisters. Both of Kyle's older sisters, Kathy Hilton and Kim Richards, have appeared on RHOBH over the years, capturing the love and the arguments between them.

But Kyle told The Daily Dish that she isn't stressing about her daughters working together at The Agency. "I'm always so fascinated by my daughters' relationships, because they are truly each other's best, best friends," she said. "They never argue, and they're all so different, and they just love working together, and I was so worried. And now they're doing this TV show together, which was another concern of mine."

However, Kyle was able to provide them with some advice about being on TV. "I am grateful that I had some wisdom and some experience to bring to the table regarding them being on reality television together," she added. "I was very worried about their relationship and reality television."

She noted that their passion for their careers will carry them in this new chapter of their lives as they appear on a new series.

"But, they're just so incredible, and they love working in real estate," she said. "Obviously, reality television, they've grown up in it, but it's very different when they're the focus."

As for Mauricio, he recently posted photos posing alongside his daughters, noting how "lucky" he is to be working with them, aka his "team."

As previously stated, their daughters have had to rely on one another as they have coped with Kyle and Mauricio's separation after being married for over 25 years.

Kyle reflected on the emotional conversation she had with her daughters after the news broke of their split during an episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show

"After that article came out, I really had to have a conversation with my daughters — well, Mau and I had to have a conversation with our daughters," she recalled. "I just wanted them to know that we are a family no matter what, and I do believe that regardless of whatever happens with Mauricio and my marriage that we will be a family no matter what."

"We're such a solid, strong family regardless of the issues that have happened in our marriage," she added. "To me, that was the most important thing that was to convey that."

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills reunion continues on Wednesday, March 6 at 8/7c on Bravo. Extended and uncensored versions stream the next day on Peacock.
