“I stand in awe of the remarkable female leaders here at The Agency,” he shared in a post on The Agency's website shared to mark International Women's Month. “Their exemplary dedication and unparalleled vision inspire not only admiration but a profound sense of hope for the future. As I look at all they have each accomplished — and work towards every day — I envision a world where my daughters, too, feel moved to pursue their dreams fearlessly, drawing strength from the incredible spirit of those who have come before them.”

Kyle recently spoke to The Daily Dish about her daughters working together at The Agency. "I'm always so fascinated by my daughters' relationships, because they are truly each other's best, best friends," she said. "They never argue, and they're all so different, and they just love working together, and I was so worried. And now they're doing this TV show together, which was another concern of mine."

Kyle of course was able to provide them with some advice about being on TV. "I am grateful that I had some wisdom and some experience to bring to the table regarding them being on reality television together," she added. "I was very worried about their relationship and reality television."

"But, they're just so incredible, and they love working in real estate," she said. "Obviously, reality television, they've grown up in it, but it's very different when they're the focus."

Mauricio, BTW, recently posted photos posing alongside his daughters, noting how "lucky" he is to be working with them, calling them his "team."

Is Kyle Richards Divorced from Mauricio Umansky?

Kyle has been open about where things stand with Mauricio, noting that for the time being they are not divorced and continue to navigate their separation.

"[Divorce] would be when we can no longer do what we're doing right now," she told ET of their living arrangement on February 14 as they were still living in the same home at the time.

Kyle added that whether or not the living arrangement is "sustainable" will be what determines her and Mauricio's future as a couple. "We were never fighters, we're not a toxic couple, so we've been able to manage that so far. It's gonna go one way or the other, you know? We're either going to wake up and be like, 'Oh my gosh! We could actually fix this,' or it's going to be divorce," Kyle said. "I mean, I just don't know how sustainable living under the same roof as friends and as a family can last. I don't know how that can last."
