Austen Kroll reunited with his on-again, off-again girlfriend Madison LeCroy this Halloween, and now we really want to know what's going on between the former couple.

The onetime Southern Charm lovebirds came together for a sexy couples costume this Halloween. Madison looked as glam as a movie star channeling Marilyn Monroe's iconic look in The Seven Year Itch, while Austen donned a dapper suit to look like President John F. Kennedy. In a video shared by Madison on Instagram, Austen says, "Listen, don't tell Jackie, OK?" before giving his ex-girlfriend a kiss.

After a season full of breakups and make-ups for the couple, Austen and Madison confirmed that they were no longer together during the Southern Charm Season 6 reunion (clip above). However, that doesn't mean the two weren't still "friends with benefits," as host Andy Cohen put it during the sit-down. "We're not not together," Madison said before sharing that she and Austen had spent the night before the reunion together.

Madison opened up more about the hot and cold nature of her relationship with Austen during an interview with The Daily Dish podcast after filming the reunion in August. "It changes like I change my underwear: Every day we're somewhere else," she explained. "Like you're not supposed to be with this person but you can't help [being] with him."

The Charleston hairstylist was still optimistic about the possibility of her and Austen rekindling their romance during an interview on PeopleTV's Reality Check in August. “I always have hope,” she said. “We care about each other a lot. He’s been my best friend for a year and half, even though we’ve done a lot of messed up things to each other. We try to find ourselves back where we always end up. We just take it day by day."

Austen agreed that his relationship with Madison is "very complicated" during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on August 14. "I care about Madison a lot, and that will never change," he said.
