Family Karma's Vishal Parvani and Richa Sadana Show Us Their Version of "Couples Therapy"

After officially celebrating their engagement in the Season 1 finale of Family Karma, the future looked bright for longtime couple Vishal Parvani and Richa Sadana. 

Unfortunately, one step forward was followed by about 2,000 steps back by the time Season 2 of Family Karma premiered. Their relationship became majorly strained amid the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, so much so that Richa even gave her engagement ring back to Vishal (clip above).

Vishal shared that he had asked Richa to go to couples therapy during that low point in their relationship. "She said she knows exactly what's wrong with her. You need to figure out what's going on with you," Vishal recalled. "So, I did, and seeing a therapist made me realize I did have a lot of pent-up anger issues." 

Well, Vishal and Richa have finally made it to couples therapy — but probably not the kind that you think. The pair recently shared a video of their "Couples Therapy" on Instagram, which doesn't show them opening up about their relationship to a counselor. No, instead, the video captures a little game of bubble soccer that the couple took part in.

The video caught the attention of fellow Bravoleb Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi, who said in the comments to Vishal's post that she laughed out loud at the clip.

This season of Family Karma, we've seen Vishal and Richa slowly but surely get their relationship back on track, thanks to in-depth conversations with each other as well as with Richa's mom, Lopa, who hasn't always had the best feelings about Vishal or his family. They even started attending events together as a couple, such as Amrit Kapai and Nicholas Kouchoukos' Halloween party and Diwali celebrations, both of which they commemorated on Instagram by sharing some funny and fabulous moments from the nights.

Vishal and Richa have both shared their hopes to one day move in together this season of Family Karma. Richa even had a discussion about her future with Vishal with her mom in the July 21 episode of Family Karma in which she declared, "I have put you over him always, and I think now we need to put ourselves first."

Things seem to be going so well for the couple that Vishal even hinted at possibly proposing to Richa again — or at least just giving her back her engagement ring.

A preview for the Family Karma Season 2 finale coming up on Wednesday, July 28 at 9/8c shows Vishal and Richa sharing a romantic moment… as they prepare to swim with alligators?! "This is the first step in the road of getting her back," Vishal says in the sneak peek. But it could all depend on how a meeting between Vishal's mom, Reshma, and Richa's mom, Lopa, goes.
