Kate Chastain Reflects on “One of the Most Traumatic Experiences of My Life”

It takes a lot to upset the usually-unflappable Kate Chastain. After all, the Below Deck chief stew has been managing difficult guests and averting potential crises on yachts for years now. But there was only one incident in Kate's personal life that gave her cause for tears.
Kate shared the anniversary of one such occasion on Twitter, writing, "It’s been 3 yrs. since one of the most traumatic moments of my life. I remember the day like it was yesterday. I was sobbing, inconsolable for hours. Fortunately enough time has passed that i can share the experience. I present to you Halo’s 1st grooming: the before and after."
