Get Ready to Feel Old: Bethenny Frankel’s Daughter Is Officially a Teenager
The Real Housewives of New York City alum shared the sweetest tribute to her “angel” on Bryn’s 13th birthday.
See that newborn baby in the clip above? This is your PSA: that little peanut is now 13 years old. That's right: Bethenny Frankel's daughter Bryn Hoppy is officially a teenager. Are you feeling old yet?
On Bryn's birthday, The Real Housewives of New York City alum shared the sweetest tribute to her not-so-little girl. "Every parent gushes, so I will try to restrain myself," Bethenny wrote in her May 8 post. How did that pan out? We'll let you be the judge.
"I may work hard in business but there is nothing I take more seriously than being a mother to this sweet, beautiful baby girl of mine," the Skinnygirl mogul wrote. "She is perfect. I can’t believe how loving, sweet, silly, natural, grounded and just all around good she is. She was born a nice girl and she has never strayed. She was blessed with as many gifts as I have flaws, and I am so grateful to go through this beautiful life with her."
Bethenny ended her post with a heartfelt birthday wish. "Happy 13th birthday to my sweet angel Bryn. You have given me everything I have ever needed in this lifetime," she wrote. "I am so grateful."
A carousel of images that accompanied the post showed Bryn at various stages of her life. Scroll through the pics to see Bryn on the beach, posing with Bethenny's fiancé Paul Bernon, cuddling her dogs Biggy and Smallz, and living her best life on vacation with her mom.
On the weekend leading up to Bryn's birthday, the newly minted teenager and her pals had a celebratory slumber party. Bethenny shared the details of the bash in another heartfelt Instagram post.
On May 6, she wrote: "From when she was little, [Bryn] would choose a special group of girls she really wanted to share and create memories with and I would try to create something small, special and magical — but never over the top."
She continued: "Paul and I chaperoned [a slumber party] with Biggy & Smallz in another room and Bryn & her friends kept visiting us, so we knew we were cool. I shop, plan, and hang everything, and make all the goodie bags and really try to make it perfectly her. This year our theme was cherries (which started from a towel I saw at a cheapo store). You know I love to run with a theme and no one on this earth is as sweet as a cherry as much as Bryn. We even saw a rainbow on the way to the slumber party so we knew it would be special!!!"
