Brandi Redmond Is Honoring Her Late Mother-in-Law in the Most Meaningful Way

Brandi Redmond is sharing an update on how her 9-year-old daughter, Brinkley, is doing, nearly three weeks after surviving a serious car accident that took the life of Brandi’s mother-in-law, Jill Marie Redmond.

On October 30, Brandi took to Instagram to reveal that Brinkley is still on the mend after the tragic crash, also thanking her followers for their prayers and well wishes. The Real Housewives of Dallas cast member shared a touching photo of her late mother-in-law holding Brinkley as a toddler. “Thank you all for asking about sweet Brinkley as she is healing mentally and physically,” she wrote in the caption of the picture.

Brandi also went on to reveal that she’s honoring the memory of her mother-in-law by advocating for increased safety measures at the site of the accident.

“I love this photo of [Brinkley] as a baby with my mother in law. I’m asking for your help to sign a petition for safety at the intersection where my mil’s life was tragically taken from us,” she wrote. “Again, Lord thank you, thank you for Brinkley’s life. There will never be a day I don’t thank you for my precious baby girl. “

Earlier this month, Brandi urged Brinkley to "stay strong" in an emotional message on Instagram. "Oh my sweet Brinkley. Words will never express how much I love you," she wrote. "Right now I feel like someone gutted my soul and faith. I know you know how important the blood of Jesus is over you and to release Gods angels to protect you, what we pray daily and I’m so thankful for this and you. Stay strong my baby."

Brinkley is Brandi and husband Bryan Redmond’s middle child. The couple also share 11-year-old daughter Brooklyn and 2-year-old son Bruin.
