Briana Culberson Reveals Her Home Gym Reno is "Slowly Coming Together" (PHOTOS)
Vicki Gunvalson's oldest daughter is focusing on her health as she makes changes around her house.
Following her struggles with lupus, Briana Culberson has been open about making her health a priority and that includes around her house.
The Real Housewives of Orange County daughter currently lives on a farm in Oklahoma with her husband, Ryan Culberson, and their four kids. It's here where they take care of their farm animals, get plenty of fresh air doing farm chores, and spend time outside. But as the weather starts to get cooler and the night sky gets darker earlier, Vicki Gunvalson's only daughter has a gym in her house.
However, the gym is just a bit of a work in progress. Briana took to her Instagram Story recently, where she gave a glimpse inside of the home gym, which is just a little unfinished. In the photos, Briana captured the unfinished wood walls and ground covered in astroturf. Some gym equipment sits next to a lawn mower, while open boxes really show off the amount of work that needs to be done.
"Our home gym is coming together," Briana wrote over one photo. However, she was not looking forward to putting a certain piece of equipment together.
"This looks miserable," she noted.
This home gym area also serves as an indoor practice facility for Briana's two oldest sons, who currently play football. Briana previously took to her Instagram account in August, where she showed off her sons catching the ball inside using a catching machine, also known as her son's "new Playstation."
Briana Culberson opens up about her "simple change" in her health journey
Before she fully spends more time in her indoor gym, Briana has been loving walking outdoors. She took to her family's Instagram account on October 17, where she revealed, in a video, that she has been walking around the farm "every day for the past eight weeks."
By walking 45 minutes each day, Briana noted that she's seen herself have "Better energy, Happier mood, Emotions are more regulated," she wrote over the video. "More gratitude for the small things. Better sleep. Less aches and pains. Less craving and snacking. And I look forward to it every day."
Briana wrote in the caption of the post that she has "noticed many physical benefits and changes from my daily walks but the emotional benefits have been so much more amazing. Spending the time outdoors with my family and making that a priority has been so wonderful."
"It's a simple change you can wiggle into your daily routine with so many benefits," she concluded. "Watch one less TV show and go for a beautiful walk!"
