Sonja Morgan Is Sending Love to Chris March Following His "Devastating Tragedy"
The RHONY fashionista recalls working with the Project Runway alum back in Season 4.
In the wake of the news that Project Runway and Mad Fashion alum Chris March has been struggling with medical issues since June 2017 after a "debilitating accident," the fashion designer has certainly been feeling the love. Andy Cohen definitely stepped up to direct fans to donate to his Go Fund Me page and The Real Housewives of New York City fashionista, Sonja Morgan, has also been vocal about showing support for March, with whom she has worked on costumes in the past (clip above).
"I saw that he was going through this and I posted on my page to have people donate. I saw that he was going through this and so I posted on my page that everybody should just share a thought about him and what they thought about him because that is just so inspirational, more so than money really. 'Cause at the end of the day, what gets us through is the love of others and what we contribute to the world," Sonja told The Daily Dish. "And it's his personality and love for life and love for fashion — and fashion, as fleeting as it is at the moment, that's the moment that gets you out of bed. And I remember how he was there for me and helped me with my headdresses. I was very surprised how many people were like 'Wow, we miss him so much and we need to help.'"
Chris even appeared on RHONY back in Season 4 to add his signature sense of style to Sonja's wardrobe.
Sonja dished a bit about her love for the designer to us this week, adding, "He just lights up the room when he comes in. His headdresses are amazing and he was there for me when I needed him and he makes you laugh those belly laughs that we rarely have when we're adults."
