Sam Feher Reveals if She's Dating After Her Split from Kory Keefer

Summer House's Samantha "Sam" Feher recently parted ways with her boyfriend of about a year, Winter House's Kory Keefer.

When addressing the breakup on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast in January, Sam said: "I had said [‘I love you’] to him and he never said it to me. He didn’t say it back when I said it and he then he never said it for the rest of the relationship. And that was really a big problem for me. I was like, ‘I think I need to get out.'" She added: "I didn’t break up with him because I don’t love him; I broke up with him because he doesn’t love me," Sam concluded. "And that's that."

Now that Sam and Kory have split, is she open to dating again? We have our answer after her recent appearance on The Storytellers podcast with Ali Stagnitta.

While chatting with Stagnitta, Sam expressed her frustration with dating apps. "Dating apps are bleak these days. I re-downloaded them and it took me all of two or three days to just delete them off my phone again. They're miserable." 

Addressing her recent breakup from Kory, she added: "I have also found that because I grieved this relationship for so long while I was in it, I feel like it didn't take me that long to kind of get back on my feet when I actually ended it. It's been over a month now and I just kind of started talking to boys again, which is really weird and funny."

She added that she's been hanging out with friends a lot, which helps boost her "mental health," and that she has been prioritizing her female friendships. However, she admitted that going out with pals may also help her meet a new romantic interest. "The app thing is so different than it was during the pandemic," she said. "It's really bleak."

Furthermore, "Every guy I've ever dated I was able to work up to it and warm up to it in person," she said. "You get a temperature read before you start actually dating ... That part of the relationship is really important to me ... You don't get the full picture of somebody's personality until you meet them."

Kory Keefer Hangs Out With Austen Kroll After Sam Split

Meanwhile, Kory is hanging out with friends as well. In his January 24 Instagram Stories, Southern Charm's Austen Kroll shared a photo of himself and Kory at one of Kory's gyms.

"Taking a break from these Trop Hop planning meetings to check out [Kory Keefer's] new gym in CLT, [Core24]," Austen wrote in his caption. "Huge congrats on another successful opening."
