Dorinda Medley on the #RHONY Cast: "We're Not a Bunch of Catty, Horrible Women"

If you even think about bringing drama near Dorinda Medley, you better back it up and back it up quick. Luckily the Real Housewives of New York newbie and her co-stars were able to focus on making nice at the Season 7 reunion, despite some of the events that went down this season. The Daily Dish caught up with Dorinda at her boyfriend John Mahdessian’s 50th birthday party, where she spilled a little tea from the upcoming episodes. "There’s a lot of things that went on this year and this season and a lot of issues came up, but it was all about the resolution,” she revealed. “These are girls that are grown-ups, they’re wives, they’re working women, they’re public figures. They know that there’s conflict and conflict is OK. It’s all about the resolution.”

Dorinda also has a few choice words for those who think the group is mean-spirited and unfriendly. “I think we’re stand-up girls; we’re not a bunch of catty, horrible women,” she explained. “We’re actually stand-up women. We ultimately really like each other and respect each other. We don’t have to be the same, or be the best of friends, but we’re actually friends.” But when asked about the craziest thing to happen at the reunion, she played coy. “I think you’ll have to see that. All the stuff from the Turks and Caicos came out,” she hinted. “But again, it’s nothing you’ll be surprised about. Again, it’s about the resolution. And I love that, I love that about these girls.”
