This Is What Gage Edward Is Up to Today
The Flipping Out designer posted some updates on his life these days, including his recent "birthday date."
Gage Edward makes 36 look pretty good. The Flipping Out designer recently celebrated turning the big 3-6, and he met up with someone special.
That person is, of course, his daughter, Monroe. Gage and his "birthday date" even got all dressed up for the occasion.
Gage's date with his daughter comes just weeks after PEOPLE reported that his ex-partner and Monroe's other parent, Jeff Lewis, confirmed on his SiriusXM radio show, Jeff Lewis Live, that he has "some wonderful news," that "after 26 months [of negotiations] with Gage... we have settled our custody agreement."
Fans will recall that Gage and Jeff broke up in 2019. As for how the former couple is doing today, Jeff added on his recent radio show, "We've been getting along really, really well, we've been spending a lot of time with her [Monroe], together. It's been good, she's really happy. She's pretty much giddy when we're together."
Back in February of this year, Gage offered his own update on the co-parenting situation with Jeff telling PEOPLE, "I think Jeff and I have started to heal from what has happened in our past. Our most important focus is raising our daughter in a loving environment and we are learning how to co-parent as effectively as we both can for her sake... I am optimistic."
In addition to celebrating another year, Gage has also been busy designing cool, modern interiors. He's tagged Jeff on some Instagram posts from what looks like a home he worked on this year, which could mean they are collaborating. Gage also recently shared a first in his career, as well, writing that he recently wrapped up work on his "first commercial bathroom design."
It's clear the message that Gage shared back in April 2020 remains true: "I’m focused on Gage, and I’m focused on my daughter and business."
