After celebrating her 51st birthday in style, Heather Dubrow is making sure to thank her husband, Terry Dubrow, for her epic bash. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum took to Instagram to give a shout-out to her plastic surgeon hubby for planning the festivities — and ended up revealing a quirky detail about their relationship in the process.

In an Instagram post dated January 23, Heather shared a photo of herself wearing a pastel-colored flowered dress and posing in front of a beautifully set table. “BIRTHDAY BRUNCH!” she wrote in the caption of the photo, before going on to thank her spouse for planning the lovely celebration.

While expressing her gratitude, Heather also ended up sharing the nickname that she calls her husband behind closed doors — and let’s just say, it’s not your typical term of endearment.

“Thank you @drdubrow ( yes, he makes me call him Dr ...),” she wrote, adding, “I had so much fun ! Love you all so much!”

That’s right — Terry’s patients aren’t the only one calling him doctor! Then again, he did work hard to earn that title, so we can’t exactly blame him for wanting to use it as much as possible. Plus, their methods seem to be working out well for them. Last month, Heather proved she and Terry are going stronger than ever in a cute video message, proclaiming that he's "still the one." 

The couple have been married for 20 years and share four kids, son Nicholas and daughters Maximillia, Katarina, and Collette.
