Luann de Lesseps Sets the Record Straight on Her Encounter with Joe Bradley
The RHONY alum said she and the Southern Hospitality manager "had great chemistry" on WWHL.
Luann de Lesseps is shutting down those “sexy” rumors involving her and Joe Bradley.
The whispers began circulating nearly two weeks ago, when the Bravolebrities appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Luann said she had never met the Southern Hospitality manager before the pre-taped sit-down, but immediately noticed how "charming" he was.
”I love Southern boys,” she said during the January 25 episode.
The interaction led some to believe there was a romantic connection between Joe and The Real Housewives of New York City alum. There were even reports that the two met up after their Clubhouse appearance and were seen flirting at a Manhattan bar. Joe later confirmed that he did, in fact, hang out with the countess after filming, but said they were with “a big group of people" that included Danielle Olivera — the Summer House cast member he began dating late last year.

“We were with a big group of people at the hotel bar after WWHL…” he wrote in an Instagram Story, as reported by Reality Blurb. “Danielle was there too. Nothing happened. Please move on!!”
Luann also addressed the matter during an interview with TMZ last week, when she asked if she and Joe had “a thing.”
“We definitely had great chemistry, and we went out to have drinks,” she said. “What’s wrong with that? … You know, he’s got a girlfriend, but we definitely had great chemistry, let’s put it that way.”
Luann was then pressed about the rumor that Joe had stayed at her home after WWHL.
“No, he did not sleep over at my house,” the countess insisted. “People love to think those things. Of course, they do. It’s sexy.”

Although Joe and Danielle have not defined their relationship, they told WWHL host Andy Cohen they had agreed to be monogamous. Joe expanded on the romance in a January interview with Us Weekly, saying he “adore[s] Danielle” but was concerned they were moving “a little too fast.”
“I just want to make sure we’re in the right place before I’m officially, like, ‘I’m your boyfriend, you’re my girlfriend,’” he told the outlet. “I don’t want to get hurt. But more importantly, I don’t want to see her get hurt, and I just want to be in the best place possible before we make a hard launch.”
So if the two ultimately don’t work out, will Luann shoot her shot?
“Hell yeah! Are you kidding me?” she told TMZ about the possibility. “Well, I’m a little bit of a cougar, let’s put it that way.”
