Joe shared the happy news with a photo of his beautiful baby boy, who is named after his dad, Lou, and his wife Hillary Delich's dad, Bill, after welcoming him to the world in a hospital in Chicago on Instagram on December 4. "Today was the best day," Joe gushed in the caption to the photo.

Joe first announced that he and Hillary were expecting a baby in a post on Instagram on June 15. The photo showed the couple atop Aspen Mountain in Colorado while they were in town for the annual Food & Wine Classic, which featured the Season 15 winner as part of his prize for winning the coveted title of Top Chef.

In the month or so since Luka was born, the bambino has gotten to meet just about everyone in the family, from relatives to his dad's fellow cheftestants. Luka recently went on his first flight ever to join his parents in Los Angeles where he also got the chance to dine with Top Chef alums Tyler Anderson, Joe Sasto, Claudette Wilkins, and Laura Cole. Just think of all the amazing tasting baby food Joe's son probably gets to eat!
