Phaedra Parks Confirms Apollo Nida and Joe Giudice Are Serving Time in the Same Prison

The #RHOA lawyer also gives an update on the status of her divorce.

Earlier this month, it was reported that Phaedra Parks' estranged husband Apollo Nida was transferred from FMC Lexington in Kentucky to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey, the same prison The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Joe Giudice is expected to report to when he begins his 41-month sentence for fraud in March. Phaedra confirmed the reports when she appeared on Watch What Happens Live Sunday night. "He's there," The Real Housewives of Atlanta lawyer told Andy Cohen.

Phaedra said she imagines that Apollo and Joe will meet for the first time now that they will be serving time in the same correctional facility. “No, no he hasn’t. I’m sure they haven’t crossed paths, but I guess they will now,” Phaedra said.

Phaedra has been open about her plans to divorce Apollo after he began his eight-year prison sentence in September 2014. During her WWHL interview, Phaedra also commented on whether or not anything is going on in her love life these days. Phaedra said she plans on dating "when I get divorced." "I’m still married,” she said.

Speaking of her divorce, Phaedra didn't reveal much about the status of it. “It’s in process,” Phaedra told Andy.
