See Why Kathy Hilton's Crying on the RHOBH Season 13 Reunion: "Be Careful"

Viewers got a glimpse at Kathy Hilton backstage at The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 reunion when Part 2 aired on March 6, but she'll officially join cast members Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Crystal Kung Minkoff, Garcelle Beauvais, Annemarie Wiley, and Sutton Stracke on Part 3, which is set to air this Wednesday, March 13.

A preview of the new RHOBH episode teases Kathy's appearance, and it looks as though it's shaping up to be quite emotional. Get all the details on what to expect by scrolling below and checking out the sneak peek video up top.

Kathy's appearance in the above RHOBH preview begins when she takes the reunion stage following an introduction from host Andy Cohen: "Here she comes, everybody, the Grand Dame of Beverly Hills!" 

"It's great to see all of you," she says after sitting on the couch next to her sister, Kyle. Asked by Andy how she feels to be back, Kathy replies, "It feels really good. I believe things happen for a reason. And I'm here. Of course, I wanted to see everybody and [I'm] here to support Kyle."

From there, the group watches a reel that summarizes Kathy and Kyle's past issues with one another. Naturally, both sisters get teary-eyed. 

Kathy Hilton Reacts to Erika Jayne's Comments About Her at the RHOBH Season 13 Reunion

The aforementioned reel featured moments from both RHOBH Season 12 and 13, including one of Erika talking about Kathy's social status. As she puts it, "Some women in this group fear Kathy because she holds the access to something they want. She can lock you out of Beverly Hills, she can lock you out of parties, or lock you out of social standing."

Kathy's response? "That's so funny," she says to Erika on the reunion couch while the reel's still playing. "That's hysterical. God." 

Andy asks Kathy to further elaborate on Erika's remarks once the reel concludes, and she jokingly replies, "Be careful!" 

"Actually, I saw that and I played it several times," Kathy adds with a laugh. "And I sent it to people."
