Kathy Wakile Sells Her New Jersey Home

The #RHONJ alum is officially on the move.

By Laura Rosenfeld

Kathy Wakile and her husband Rich Wakile are officially saying goodbye to Wayne, New Jersey. The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple has found a buyer for their home, NJ.com reports.

The Wakiles put their four-bedroom Colonial on the market in October for $799,900. The family first purchased the house in 1995. Their real estate agent would not disclose the sale price to NJ.com but did say that it was near the full asking price. The home's new owners are expected to close in January.

This move has been a long time coming for the Wakiles. Kathy and Rich have been busy building a new home since they purchased a lot in 2013 in Franklin Lakes, where Kathy's RHONJ castmates Jacqueline Laurita, Caroline Manzo, and Melissa Gorga have also lived.

As the Wakiles prepare to move out of their beloved abode, it looks like Kathy and her family are spending their final weeks enjoying it as much as they can.

With Kathy's cousin Teresa Giudice set to be released from prison on December 23, it could be a very memorable few weeks for the RHONJ alum. See Kathy's emotional reaction to Teresa's sentencing last season of RHONJ in the clip, below.
