For years now, Summer House fans have received a glimpse at Kyle and Amanda's love story, including all the ups and downs. And the current season is no different, as the duo seems to be on “different pages” in their relationship.

On the Season 8 premiere, Amanda opened up about her being in a “no patience era” with Kyle after they experienced a tough couple of months. “Over the winter, I ended up taking a pregnancy test, and I feel like ever since, we haven’t been in a really good place,” she said in a confessional.

Amanda continued to reveal that the possibility of kids made her realize they were “not ready” to be parents. Kyle also expressed similar sentiments during his chat with Paige DeSorbo, saying, “We’re starting to talk about next steps, we’re talking about [a] family, we’re talking about looking for homes, but my God, I am a little scared sh-tless.”

Now, in a first look for the March 14 episode of Summer House, Kyle is reflecting on his love issues with his wife and makes a shocking admission in the process.

Kyle Cooke thinks his relationship issues with Amanda Batula “flew under the radar”

In the preview clip above, Kyle informs Carl Radke about his and Amanda’s trip to Rhode Island for a friend’s wedding. The Loverboy founder then goes on to share how he and his spouse found the wedding officiant’s sermon to be therapeutic.

“The person that did the officiating said some things about the work that you got to put in for a relationship,” Kyle tells Carl. “[Amanda’s] like squeezing my hand, and I’m squeezing her, and I’m like see, see, and she’s like see, see.”

Right after, Kyle mentions to Carl that he and Amanda attempted to work through their disagreements about their future plans, but they got distracted

“I think, quite frankly, with all of the drama between you and Lindsay [Hubbard] – I think we just kind of flew under the radar,” Kyle says to Carl. “We didn’t have the conversation that we thought we’d have.”

As for Carl’s reaction to it all? He said: “Well, I guess you’re welcome or you’re not.”

Are Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula planning to leave New York City?

As previously mentioned, Kyle and Amanda are figuring out what’s next for them as a couple, which is causing a rift in their dynamics. One of those underlying issues is Amanda’s eagerness “to leave NYC behind and buy a house in the suburbs,” per her official cast bio.

But that doesn’t seem like something Kyle can cope with as he "continues to expand and focus on his company," Loverboy.
