LuAnn de Lesseps and Jacques Azoulay Split

C'est dommage!

Countess LuAnn de Lesseps and her boyfriend Jacques Azoulay have split, her rep confirms to the Dish.

The couple had been dating for four years and the break-up is on good terms. "They are at different points in their life now and have mutually agreed it's best," her rep says. "LuAnn is upset, but it's amicable and they remain friends. Jacques has been a wonderful part of her life."

Despite the couple's four year romance, there were bumps in the road. Last year, the Countess ran into controversy over her relationship with a Johnny Depp lookalike, whom she denied hooking up with. Yet the couple always had marriage on their minds. "We've discussed, but I'm not definite about it," she said.

LuAnn was married to Alexandre de Lesseps for 16 years before divorcing in 2009. They have two children, Victoria and Noel, together.
