Here's All the Scoop About Luann de Lesseps' Cabaret Show
We suspect Luann's show might end up being the coolest in all of Manhattan.
Luann de Lesseps is ready to sing again. The Real Housewives of New York City mom will take the stage in the Big Apple this week for a cabaret show, #CountessAndFriends, at Feinstein’s/54 Below. And you can bet that she's excited to perform for her fans, who have eagerly snatched up tickets to see her live.
“To know that the show was totally sold out and people are still trying to get tickets is a really great feeling,” she told the The New York Times. “That I get to come back and have something creative to sink my teeth into has been really helpful for me, because it’s been a rocky road, the past two years.”
Her performance comes after an arrest in Palm Beach in December, followed by a stay at an alcohol treatment center shortly thereafter. “I can’t avoid the whole story of what happened to me in Palm Beach. I’m trying to keep it light while also taking it seriously," she said.
Luann will perform her sold-out show on February 27 — and she's bringing along some pals, including Saturday Night Live alum Rachel Dratch, as well as drag superstar Lady Bunny ... and Sonja Morgan. Sonja will reportedly perform a Hamilton-inspired version “Money Can’t Buy You Class.” Yes, you read that correctly. Page Six reports other performers may include Broadway stars Tony Yazbeck, Andrew Keenan Bolger and Laura Benanti. Another show is slated for March.
