These Are Lydia McLaughlin's Marriage Secrets

Love is still in the air for Lydia McLaughlin and Doug McLaughlin, who recently renewed their vows for the third time ... marking the fourth time the couple has married. Yes, Lydia and Doug love each other and weddings so much, they decided to say "I do" yet another time.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on  Peacock and the Bravo App.

"Doug and I decided to renew our wedding vows… again. We renewed our vows for our seven year anniversary, and then again for year ten. This year we are celebrating our 13th year of marriage and had the opportunity to renew our vows in Aruba in the biggest vow renewal ceremony in all of the Caribbean," The Real Housewives of Orange County alum shared on her blog about the beachy event.

Lydia then shared that she adores renewing her vows with Doug (clearly!) and that it was nice to include their three sons on the big day, adding, "I know that Doug is my person, and we will be together until death do us part… but why should we only celebrate our love once in our lifetime! It is special to say those vows, to be intentional and look one another in the eye and say, “I choose you. Still. I am yours and you are mine.”

So, would Lydia do it again? "Marriage is a journey and one worth celebrating. I believe in being intentional and making every year count. Every moment, or any excuse to mark an occasion, I am all about that. We had a wonderful day and I'm sure it is not our last vow renewal!"

Lydia spills her marriage secrets above, and even more about her life, below.
