Madison LeCroy Shares Her Go-To “Basic” Lunch Recipe, and We're Taking Notes (VIDEO)

The Southern Charm cast member can do it all, including making a five-minute lunch.

By Casey Suglia

Madison LeCroy knows a thing or two about making lunches, thanks in part to having to make school lunches for her 11-year-old son, Hudson.

How to Watch

Watch Southern Charm on Peacock and the Bravo App.

Sure, the Southern Charm cast member is a hair dresser and a girl about town in her home city of Charleston, South Carolina. But when she's at home, she is a part time chef, cooking up herself a lunch and a basic snack to eat throughout the afternoon.

Madison is often a style inspiration, showing off her fabulous outfits on her Instagram account. But maybe she can be some meal inspiration, too.

Madison LeCroy's "Basic" Lunch Recipe

In a video posted to her TikTok account earlier this month, Madison showed her followers how to make her favorite wrap after they asked her to show them what she eats in a day. "I keep this one pretty normal," she prefaced, while wearing a sweatshirt with champagne bottles on it.

Madison started with a spinach wrap with a dollop of avocado oil mayonnaise spread on it, which served as the base for her lunch. "I'm really not that creative," she explained.

Madison then put a layer of deli meat on top of the wrap before adding sliced green bell pepper and a handful of spinach leaves on top of it.

Madison also topped her wrap with pickles, which she made clear does not mean expecting a child with her husband, Brett Randle. "And please don't come for me that I'm eating pickles [saying] that I'm pregnant," she said. "I'm not. I just like pickles and not with ice cream. Kay?"

After that, it's done! All that is left is to roll it up, eat, and enjoy. Madison noted that this lunch doesn't make her feel "so full" to where she couldn't go for a walk around the neighborhood after eating it. And if she is still wanting something sweet, Madison said that she will eat a few clementines after her wrap.

Madison LeCroy's Go-To Snack

Madison has been open about her motivation to stay in shape, doing at-home ab workouts and lifting weights while still balancing it out with an ice cream cone every now and then.

"When it comes to my weight, I'm actually doing things to help me look good and feel good," she explained in the TikTok.

Those decisions include what she chooses to snack on, which at the moment, according to her recent Instagram Story, is a few hardboiled eggs and sliced tomatoes.

"I'm pretty mindful about what I eat," Madison told BravoTV.com in 2020.
