Nene Leakes Posts a Sweet Tribute to Gregg

On Thursday (September 2), Nene Leakes posted a sweet tribute to her husband Gregg Leakes following his passing after a battle with cancer.

The Instagram tribute featured a video of her and Gregg dancing to Johnny Gill's "It Would Be You". She simply captioned the moment with hearts and broken hearts emojis. She later posted another video that featured another loving moment between her and Gregg.

Several members of the Bravo family including Teresa Giudice, Kyle Richards, Porsha Williams, Mariah Huq, Kim Zolciak-Biermann, Phaedra Parks, Shamea Morton, Luann de Lesseps, and Dr. Jackie Walters, among others, commented with their love and support.

Tributes for Gregg have been pouring in since the news of his passing was confirmed earlier this week. Andy Cohen, Real Housewives, and Bravo stars from across the network have posted sweet memories of Gregg.

After being first diagnosed in 2018 with Stage 3 colon cancer, Gregg's passing was shared earlier this week by a family representative. He was 66.

"Today the Leakes family is in deep pain with a broken heart. After a long battle with cancer, Gregg Leakes has passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by all of his children, very close loved ones, and wife Nene Leakes," a statement from publicist and family friend Ernest Dukes confirmed on September 1. "We ask that you pray for peace and strength over their family & allow them to mourn in private during this very very difficult time."

Nene and Gregg married in 1997 and remarried again in 2013 following a brief divorce. Together Nene and Gregg had one son Brentt; they each also had children from previous relationships.
