On Part 3 of The Real Housewives of Miami Season 6 reunion, which aired on March 7, Nicole shared, "Anthony [Lopez] assures me that we'll be in by the beginning of April." However, Nicole noted, "[The] baby's due April 23, so he's not giving me a lot of wiggle room."

Viewers got a look at Nicole's new six-bedroom, six-bathroom home in the Season 6 premiere. The 10,500-square-foot home, which the episode noted was $21.5 million, looked beautiful, but Nicole and Anthony deemed it a "huge remodeling project" as they discussed the changes they planned to make.

During Season 6, viewers also saw Nicole and Anthony looking for a new boat, so on the reunion episode, host Andy Cohen was sure to ask for an update on that. "We want to buy a new boat. The problem is, where do we put the boat?" Nicole said. "The new house, we're redoing the backyard so, like, everything is under construction, so we have nowhere to put it."

Lisa Hochstein had a solution, quipping, "Put it in Jody [Glidden]'s backyard...if I can borrow it."

The RHOM cast members weigh in on Miami real estate

In the reunion episode, Andy took a moment to appreciate Miami. "Everyone here was born a star, but some would argue that the real star of this show is the vibrant, luxe, and sometimes over-the-top city of Miami," he said. "I watch this show, and I want to jump into the screen."

Larsa Pippen agreed, saying, "We have a lot of fun here, and we have a great life, and we live in the best city on the planet."

After Andy noted, "Miami real estate is on fire," he turned to Alexia Nepola, who moved into a new rental home during the season, and asked, "Why is it so expensive?"

"I feel like everyone all over the world is coming to Miami," Alexia said. "If you're coming from New York, and it's so expensive to live [there], they actually find Miami not that expensive anymore."

Larsa added, "Miami is way more expensive than LA right now."

On the Season 6 finale, Alexia revealed, "We just moved into my new apartment." However, it isn't exactly her dream home. As she explained, "If we would've had more time, we would've picked something else."

"We had to take this place," she continued, "because there were no other options that could work out for us."

Alexia explained the sudden move in Season 6, Episode 9. "We have been renting for the last six years, and, unfortunately, the owner decided to sell his apartment, and he sold it really quick because I made it so beautiful," she said. "And now I need to move out."
