Reza Farahan Shares How He REALLY Feels About Mike's GF Paulina
The Shahs of Sunset cast member opened up about Mike Shouhed and Paulina Ben-Cohen.
Season 9 has been an emotional ride for the Shahs of Sunset cast. Many of those feelings have been expressed around Mike Shouhed's relationship with Paulina Ben-Cohen, which was put in the spotlight after he allegedly was caught in a texting scandal. The group spent a lot of time caught in the middle and trying to figure out what was really happening between the couple.
The same night the Season 9 finale aired on Sunday (August 15), Reza Farahan stopped by Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and opened up the drama, sharing how he feels about Paulina and her situation with Mike. "I actually love Paulina. I think she's amazing," he said, adding his theory in the clip above on how he thinks "they'll have a beautiful life together" if they make one change in their dynamic.
Reza also opened up about Paulina's appearance on WWHL last week (Mike was also on the episode) when she commented on calling Destiney Rose during the cast trip to the redwood forest. "I think that there was a point where Destiney was the keeper of the information, and she needed Destiney to know stuff," he said. "But then once she realized, 'OK, I'm gonna make it to the end,' it was like, 'I don't remember what I told Destiney.' It was like, 'No, girl, you do remember.'"
Elsewhere on WWHL, Reza was asked if he thinks Mike has a reason not to trust Destiney amid their drama this season, and he said, "No."
He also opened up more about Mike and Paulina's appearance on WWHL last week in the clip below.
During the cast trip to the redwood forest, Mike opened up to the group about the issues he and Paulina were facing at that time and his fears in terms of their future as they took a few days away from one another. Mike also told the group about how hard it is for him to give up attention from outside sources despite his relationship.
Reza applauded the conversation in a tweet on Sunday, the same night the season finale aired. "THIS was the conversation we had all been wanting to have with Mike," he wrote. "I’m glad we finally got there."
