Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave welcomed her third child, a daughter, on Tuesday, February 25, she announced in her Instagram Story.

After appearing to be in the hospital in videos in her Instagram Story earlier in the day, Teddi confirmed her baby's arrival in a video with her husband, Edwin Arroyave. "Are we healthy and good?" Teddi asked her husband, to which he replied, "Healthy and good."

"Life's pretty great right now," Teddi said before giving Edwin a kiss.

In another video in her Instagram Story, Teddi showed off her daughter's foot while the song "My Girl" by The Temptations played. She also shared the message, "The best things in life aren't things."

Edwin praised his wife in his Instagram Story. "@teddimellencamp was a champ in the delivery room!" he gushed. "Baby and mommy as healthy as can be."

This is the third child for Teddi and her husband. They are also parents to daughter Slate, 7, and son Cruz, 5. Teddi is also stepmom to Edwin's daughter Isabella, 11, who is from a previous relationship.

Teddi first shared the happy news that she was expecting in September. After undergoing IVF to have her first two children, Teddi said this pregnancy "was a complete surprise" and the baby was conceived naturally. “My husband said, ‘I don’t want to see you going through IVF again — that was brutal,’” Teddi told Us Weekly at the time. “It was so many rounds, but this time we really weren’t doing anything! I was on vacation! Just having fun with my family!"

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills accountability coach later revealed that she would be having a baby girl. "It’s a girl! Of course, we would have been equally excited either way, as [Edwin], the kids and I are just blessed to have a healthy baby no matter the gender," Teddi shared in a post on Instagram on September 30. "Although I did promise Cruz he could help name her so not sure she’ll be too thrilled being called 'Catboy' Arroyave."

Coming up with a name for their daughter actually turned out to be quite the challenge for Teddi and Edwin. "We are on the struggle bus. We cannot come up with a baby name," Teddi said in a video on Instagram in October while asking for some inspiration from her followers. "We want something unique, cute, that goes well with the other kids' names."

Teddi has not yet announced her daughter's name, but we're sure it'll be perfect.

When Bravotv.com caught up with Teddi at BravoCon in November, she shared how her fellow Beverly Hills Housewives were actually helping her with her pregnancy. "You know what, it's going great," Teddi said of her pregnancy in the above clip. "Actually, this has been my easiest pregnancy, and I think it's because these women keep me so busy, on my toes, that I haven't had the chance to complain."

Teddi celebrated her daughter's arrival with an absolutely adorable baby shower thrown by her ALL IN by Teddi team in January. But it was her daughters Slate and Isabella who really made it a special day.

Less than a week before her daughter's arrival, Teddi opened up to ET about how her experience with this pregnancy has been different from her previous two. "I think the biggest thing for me on how this pregnancy has changed is, with the other two, I was consistently on bed rest, and I wasn't able to be active," she shared. "I wasn't necessarily taking very good care of myself. And this time, I've gone all in, my life has completely changed. I now have a business, I am on a television show. There's just so much more going on. And I've been able to be active. I've been able to go and do all these things. So, I've mentally felt so much better, that really everything shifted."
