Everyone Is Dressed Up and Ready for Braunwyn Windham-Burke's Vow Renewal

On Valentine’s Day, Braunwyn Windham-Burke and her girlfriend, Jennifer Spinner, found a completely appropriate way to celebrate love. The pair headed to a little white chapel in Las Vegas, where they unofficially got married. (There was no marriage license… but there was a whole lot of newlywed bliss.) Now, The Real Housewives of Orange County alum’s kids are sharing their reactions to the surprise wedding — and they are not holding back.

In an interview with Page Six, Braunwyn’s 22-year-old daughter, Bella, said, “The Vegas wedding is stupid. I can’t cuss, but it was really frickin’ stupid.” She wasn't talking behind her mother's back, mind you: Bella took the interview while seated next to her siblings, Braunwyn, and Jennifer.

Bella added, “Like, you’re not even divorced. Deal with your first marriage first.” (A little context: Braunwyn is still finalizing her divorce from her estranged husband, Sean Burke.) Bella continued: “Wait a long time. I don’t know why you’d want to rush into another marriage after a 20-year marriage. It’s so stupid.”

Bella’s younger siblings co-signed that directive. “Wait a thousand years!” said Caden, 9. Koa, who’s 8, added, “Right when you get divorced, you get married? No. Maybe wait, like, a little.”

Braunwyn responded, “Alright, well I guess it’s going to be a long engagement!” And Jennifer weighed in too. “Whenever we do get really married, you guys will have to be in the wedding,” she told the kiddos. “So we’ll have to wait for the appropriate time.”

On March 3, Braunwyn hinted at some major life shifts that were ahead for her. In an Instagram post, she wrote, “There’s a lot of change coming. New state, new job, new home, new schools, new family dynamic.”

In the recent Page Six interview, she shared more about her plans to move to Franklin, Tennessee, where Sean will also live part-time.

“Nesting is different for everyone, so it is what you make it,” she said. “We both go somewhere else when the other parent is here. He’ll fly in, he’ll spend seven to 10 days. When he’s there, we’ll go either to New York or go on a trip.”

She continued: “The kids stay in the same house, they have the same rules, their same bed, their same stuff… Sometimes we’ll have a night overlap but not very often.”
