Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen got a major blast from The Real Housewives past this week.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Orange County on  Peacock and the Bravo App.

Ashley Zarlin, the eldest child of The Real Housewives of Orange County OG cast member Lauri Peterson, appeared as the guest bartender on the April 11 episode of WWHL. She got a grand introduction by host Andy Cohen, who underscored just how much of a trailblazer Ashley was for all The Real Housewives kids who would come after her. "Now, when The Real Housewives of Orange County started airing in 2006, before there was Gia [Giudice], before there was Avery [Singer], before there was Kairo [Whitfield], one of the OG Real Housekids was already paving the way," Andy said.

A montage of vintage RHOC clips of Ashley then played, from her very first moments on the show, when she moved back home to temporarily live with her mom, to when she delivered a heartfelt speech at Lauri's wedding to George Peterson in Season 3. "Wow, it is so good to see you," Andy told Ashley. "You paved the way, Ashley."

Ashley confirmed that she is "doing so well" these days, as is her mom, Lauri, who is still "perfectly happy" in her marriage to George. "She's amazing," Ashley said of Lauri. "She's so happy."

Andy then gushed, "Please send her all my love. I love me some Lauri Waring Peterson."

Later in the show, Ashley revealed that she really only keeps in touch with one fellow RHOC kid these days, Jeana Keough's daughter, Kara Keough Bosworth. "I still talk to Kara every now and then," Ashley said. "We check in on each other. I love her."

Ashley is also still in contact with another OG Real Housewives kid from another franchise: Albie Manzo, son of The Real Housewives of New Jersey original cast member Caroline Manzo. "Yeah, I just talked to him the other day," Ashley confirmed on WWHL.

Ashley also shared that she has no "recent updates" on her brother, Josh Waring, who has had some legal issues over the past few years, including an arrest in January 2022. "I kind of put a little distance there, but obviously, I hope he's always healthy and doing well, or trying to get better," she said. "So fingers crossed for that."

During Monday's WWHL After Show, Ashley reflected more on RHOC celebrating its 16th anniversary last month, saying she "can't believe" it. "It's the first franchise. We started it all," she shares in the clip at the top of this post. "It's so crazy to see how big it's gotten. So I love to see it."

In fact, Ashley said she would love to be part of the future of RHOC. "I'm still waiting for the opportunity to be the first legacy Housewife, Andy," Ashley told the WWHL host, whose reaction you can see in the above video. "I mean, Kara and I together would be amazing."

After putting this out into the universe, Ashley is hoping this does, indeed, come to fruition one day.

"[Andy] said manifestations are known to become true in the [Clubhouse]," Ashley captioned a photo of herself and the WWHL host on Instagram on April 11. "First legacy [Housewife] coming your way…I mean, it’s in my blood [Lauri Peterson]," adding the hashtag LFG (let's f--king go).

Not only was it a special night for Ashley, but Andy also loved catching up with this former RHOC daughter. "She literally grew up on Bravo!" Andy exclaims in a video with Ashley shared by WWHL on Twitter.
