The Daily Dish Summer House

The Summer House Midseason Trailer Features a Wipeout, a Hospital Visit, and a Proposal

There will be hookups, friendship breakups, and a whole lot of drama before the housemates leave the Hamptons.

By Shannon Raphael

Season 7 of Summer House has already highlighted the personal and professional issues between Kyle Cooke and Carl Radke, the doubts Paige DeSorbo has about moving to Charleston to be with her boyfriend, Craig Conover, and the beginning of the demise of Danielle Olivera and Lindsay Hubbard’s friendship, but the summer is far from over.

How to Watch

Watch Summer House on Bravo Thursdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo app.

As the midseason trailer confirms, the Hamptons crew will still be bringing the heat for the latter part of Season 7. There will be highs — like Kyle’s 40th birthday celebration and Carl’s beach proposal — but the group will also experience lows as the summer concludes, like the moment when one pair contemplates leaving the house for good.

Keep scrolling to learn more about some of the most shocking moments from the midseason trailer, and check out the sneak peek clip above.

Mya wipes out, and Carl visits the hospital

The parties on Summer House are always epic, but one soirée quite literally sweeps Mya Allen off her feet. While Winter House’s Kory Keefer is visiting, Mya playfully throws some of her drink on the gym owner. When he returns the favor, Mya ends up slipping on the kitchen floor and wiping out completely.

“Holy s--t!” Kory shouts (while wearing a leopard-print sarong, no less).

Following Mya’s accidental fall, Carl makes an overnight visit to the hospital for a yet-to-be-explained issue. An ambulance can be seen driving away as Kyle tells the roommates about Carl’s hospitalization.

Sam and Kory hook up

Kory’s drink toss isn’t the only memorable part of his Hamptons visit. He ends up engaging in a bit of a romance with newbie Samantha “Sam” Feher.

“I’m normally not weak,” Sam tells Gabby Prescod about the North Carolina native, as Sam and Kory are shown making out in the pool. “But he’s got some kind of power.”

Paige shares her concerns about moving to Charleston

Though Paige and her Southern Charm boyfriend had been enjoying their time as a long-distance couple, Craig has been looking to spend more time with the fashion contributor in his neck of the woods. Paige isn’t entirely convinced that Charleston is the place she wants to be long-term, though.

“I will be changing my whole life. I have no friends in Charleston,” Paige tearfully says to her boyfriend in one poolside scene. “My whole career is there [in New York City].”

Craig Conover Asks Paige DeSorbo What Their "Next Step" Is

Danielle says there’s “nothing left” in her friendship with Lindsay

The former besties have been teasing their friendship issues since BravoCon 2022, and viewers are now learning that the two weren’t on the same page regarding Lindsay’s relationship with Carl.

When Lindsay questions why she’s even friends with Danielle, the fashion app co-founder gets emotional.

“I will f--king die for you,” she says to Lindsay, though her tune changes in a later scene.

“There’s nothing left,” Danielle says after Kyle asks if anything can be “salvage[d]” with Lindsay. “There’s nothing left.”

Carl and Lindsay get engaged after almost leaving the Hamptons for good

While fans have known that Carl and Lindsay’s summer ended with their engagement, the road to Carl’s proposal wasn’t free from bumps.

“You were a f--king piece of s--t,” Lindsay says in one moment in the trailer while the two are in bed, though it’s unclear if she’s saying that about Carl or if she’s recounting another conversation she had.

Newcomer Chris Leoni also asks Kyle if he thinks Carl is having any “second thoughts” about popping the question, but the scene ends before the Loverboy founder shares his answer.

Meanwhile, Carl tells Kyle in one ominous scene that he doesn’t “know how to recover from this,” and Lindsay threatens to leave the house shortly thereafter.

Danielle Olivera Thinks Lindsay Hubbard and Carl Radke are Moving Too Fast

It appears as if Carl and Lindsay do take a temporary break from the share house, as Kyle tells the housemates, “they might not even come back at all.”

In the closing seconds of the midseason trailer, Carl does get down on one knee, and Lindsay says she would “marry [him] a thousand times.”

See it all go down on the second half of Summer House Season 7.
