Summer House Guest Kory Keefer Is Dating Samantha Feher

The seventh season of Summer House is in full swing, and returners Lindsay Hubbard, Carl Radke, Kyle Cooke, Danielle Olivera, Mya Allen, Paige DeSorbo, and Ciara Miller were joined in the Hamptons by new additions Samantha Feher, Gabby Prescod, and Chris Leoni.

As the summer has been progressing, the aforementioned cast members have received a few visits from some memorable guests. Spending time with the cast are Winter House alums Kory Keefer and Andrea Denver (the latter was also on Summer House Season 6), and Paige’s boyfriend, Southern Charm’s Craig Conover.

Craig and Kory visited the Hamptons crew on the April 3 episode, and the latter visitor is actually now in a relationship with one of the housemates.

Who is Kory Keefer? Here’s your refresher on his Winter House experience.

Kory (and his pearl necklace!) joined the cast of Winter House for Season 2. He was linked to the group through his long-standing friendship with Craig, which began when the two were fraternity brothers at the College of Charleston. 

During his time in Stowe, Vermont, Kory had a romance with fellow newbie Jessica Stocker. The two began hooking up a few days into the trip, and Jessica hoped they would be exclusively dating by the time they were getting ready to leave the house. 

Kory wasn’t on the same page as the real estate agent and told her he didn’t want to be exclusive before they left. On a December episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Jessica confirmed that the two were no longer dating.

As a result, heading into the summer, Kory was single and ready to mingle.

What is Kory’s job? He’s a gym owner.

The Winter House–mate owns CORE24, a gym with locations in Greenville and Seneca, South Carolina. Kory’s parents owned the Seneca gym location, and Kory decided to take it over and put his own spin on the space after he graduated from college and wasn’t sure what path to take. 

The gym did well enough that Kory and his family were eventually able to move to a bigger, 14,000-square-foot space, and ultimately expand to another location.

As previously mentioned, Kory and Craig came to the summer hotspot in time for Kyle's 40th birthday. Though Kory piqued both Sam and Ciara's interests (he briefly had a connection with the latter cast member on Winter House), he's now currently in a relationship with the Feher Agency founder.

"Kory's my boyfriend," Sam confirmed during a chat with Page Six in April 2023. "And that is so weird, I haven't had a boyfriend in so long... Kory and I made it official a little while ago, and [we've] just been enjoying being in a relationship."

Sam said that, when Craig and Kory appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen back in November 2022, she was in the audience, and the two were already dating.

She went on to describe their relationship as, "unexpected, sexy, for sure, and easy," and she also revealed that the two love to hang out with Craig and Paige.

"It's just really fun for the four of us to be around each other," she added. "Like, we're all kind of obsessed with each other, so it's a good time."
