Teresa Giudice Responds to Heather Dubrow's Comments on Her Post-Prison Release Attitude
Did the #RHONJ mom just pull a Mariah Carey?
Teresa Giudice was not feeling the love, love, love toward Heather Dubrow when she appeared on the inaugural Bravos award show Wednesday night. After having just accepted the Don't Call It a Comeback Award, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom chatted with Andy Cohen about the criticism Heather had about how she has presented herself following her release from prison last December.
"Who?" Teresa said when asked about Heather's comments, pulling a page out of Giving Me Life Achievement Award winner Mariah Carey's book. "She wanted to get attention from the queen, and she really didn't get any, but she got some from the press."
Aside from that bit of shade, Teresa was thrilled to receive the award and be back on Bravo. "Oh my God, I'm so happy to get this!" she exclaimed during her Bravos acceptance speech. "Andy, I just want to say thank you to Andy, to my Bravo family, and to everyone that voted for me, because if it wasn't for you, I wouldn't be here. I just want to say I'm back and I'm not leaving. Love, love, love you!"
She also exchanged kind words with Phaedra Parks, whose estranged husband Apollo Nida is serving time in the same prison as Teresa's husband Joe Giudice. "Well, Joe told me he met Apollo, and he said that he's really nice," Teresa told Andy. "He's like, 'He's such a nice guy,' because they never met before, but they met there."
Phaedra added, "[Apollo] said the same thing, so the sentiments are mutual."
Phaedra received the Queen of Shade Award at this year's Bravos, but she wasn't the only Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member to take home a trophy. Find out who else tasted victory, below.
