When Will Shannon Beador's Restaurant Open?

Shannon Beador is making her dreams come true. She's been hard at work at opening up her very own restaurant, something that she's always wanted to do, which we witnessed this season of The Real Housewives of Orange County. And now we're dying to know when we'll have this delicious dining experience served up by Shannon. 

The RHOC mom gave an update on her eatery on the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen After Show Monday night (clip above). "Well, at this point, my husband is not financing the restaurant anymore," Shannon said, following the news that she and David Beador have separated. "So we're ready to go, the menu is set, so I'm looking for investors right now. But I'm close."

Shannon previously gave The Daily Dish podcast a sweet (sour?) peek at what we can expect from her restaurant. "I'm actually opening up a restaurant...you'll see that on the show this season," she said in August. "It hasn't opened up yet but my logo is nine lemons - 'cause that's me!"

Shannon is, of course, referring to her beloved practice of feng shui. Watch Shannon get the feng shui in her home in check, below.
