Teresa Giudice Has a Major Connection to Tamra Judge and It's Guaranteed to Make Your Jaw Drop

Teresa Giudice has been all about health and wellness over the past couple of years, and now she's showing off her stunning results for all the world to see! 

The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom competed in her first bodybuilding competition on June 9. Teresa showed off some major muscles as she worked the stage at the NPC South Jersey Championships in Medford, New Jersey in a sparkly purple bikini. 

Her flat abs and toned arms were definitely a hit with the judges. Teresa placed third in the Bikini: 40+ category in the competition. 

Teresa's brother, Joe Gorga, praised her major accomplishment on Instagram. "Proud of my sister for her hard work and dedication!! #gorgablood," he gushed in the post, which featured a photo of the siblings flexing their muscles during the event.

The RHONJ yoga instructor got a little cheeky onstage during the competition. 

Melissa Gorga and Dolores Catania were also in the audience to cheer Teresa on, as well as Dolores' ex-husband Frank Catania and their son Frankie Catania, who won first place in the Men's Physique: Teen category in the NPC South Jersey Championships.

The family that flexes together, stays together.

Frankie also had an amazing showing in the competition. 

Teresa isn't the first Housewife to totally crush a bodybuilding competition. Tamra Judge also slayed her fellow fit females in Season 11 of The Real Housewives of Orange County.
