Since meeting Tom Schwartz and welcoming him into our living rooms season after season on Vanderpump Rules, we have not only gotten to know Tom better but also his family, including his mom, Kimberly, as well as his triplet brothers, Bert, Billy, and Brandon.

Tom Schwartz Shares an Update on His Brother, Brandon, Amid His Cancer Battle
While Tom has referred to his siblings as "the Three Stooges," he has also been open about the health and personal issues that two of his brothers have faced more recently. On the Jan. 13 episode of Vanderpump Rules, Tom candidly discussed how his brother, Bert, has been dealing with alcoholism.
He spoke about it in a conversation with Lisa Vanderpump during the Season 11 episode. "Bert used to be like this ray of sunshine," he said, noting that afte rhe was allegedly "jumped outside of a bar" that changed things for him.
"He was just kind of never the same," he continued. "He slowly started developing a dependency on alcohol."
Tom Schwartz's brother Brandon's cancer journey
Meanwhile, Tom has also been open about Brandon's cancer journey. Tom revealed that back in 2022 that Brandon was diagnosed with testicular cancer. In September of that year, Schwartz took to Instagram to share an update on his brother’s journey, writing, “My brother Brando got his hair back post chemo. Send this man some love.”
Amid his health journey, Brandon sometimes shares photos of his life on Instagram and even shared a few more details about himself to his Instagram bio, writing, "I am a triplet, live in Florida, from Woodbury, Minnesota."
In addition to his trio of brothers, Tom’s family includes a sister, two half-sisters, and a half-brother. In 2017, Tom opened up about his family, specifically his brothers, when speaking to The Daily Dish.
“The ballad of Billy, Bert, and Brandon. They’re the best. I love my brothers so much,” he said at the time about William, Robert, and Brandon. “They’re such sweet kids. They have such a great dynamic. It’s a dynamic that only triplets can have. They have so much history and chemistry.”
He added, “They’re like the Three Stooges, and I mean that in an endearing way, not in a judgmental way. I love hanging out with them. It’s nonstop entertainment and they have huge hearts. They’re such good kids. I like to bust their balls. I do give them a hard time, but ultimately, I love them.”
