Venita Aspen Teases a Potential "Cool" Collaboration with Craig Conover
The fashion influencer revealed if has any plans to work with her Southern Charm castmate's company, Sewing Down South.
As Southern Charm viewers saw on Season 9, Episode 7, Venita Aspen stays active with a bustling career as an influencer. While attending an event thrown by Jarrett "JT" Thomas, Venita had to leave the group dinner early to fly to New York City for Fashion Week.
In an interview during the episode, which aired on October 26, 2023, Venita explained why attending Fashion Week is part of her job. "As an influencer, some of the brands that I work with extend an invite for Fashion Week," she said. "So I get to attend shows on their behalf. I'm dressed by them, paid to be there by them. It keeps the relationship going, and it allows me to always be at the forefront of these brands' minds."
As Venita stays busy networking with brands and building business relationships, she has another potential partnership on her bucket list: working with Craig Conover and his home goods business, Sewing Down South.

On January 5, Venita hopped on her Instagram Stories to answer questions from fans during an "Ask Me Anything" session. For the occasion, one follower questioned the fashion maven about a potential "collab" with Craig and Sewing Down South (a venture Craig recently noted is now an "eight-figure business").

"I'll ask [Paige DeSorbo] to ask [Craig] to see what we could do but I think that would be sew cool!" Venita replied in the Story, getting us very excited for what could be coming down the pike for the pair.
Venita was also sure to snap a photo of some Sewing Down South pillows that currently sit in the adorable banquette of her Charleston home (take a full tour of Venita's incredibly designed home in the video above).
Venita Aspen's Influencer Career
As she awaits a collaboration with Craig, Venita continues her career as a style influencer, speaking with The Daily Dish in September 2023 about New York Fashion Week and more.
While Venita noted the experience was "great," she also shared that "it was more overwhelming than normal."
"It was overwhelming in, like, the amount of people, and I'm not one to say that Fashion Week should be this selective thing. I don't think it should be," she explained. "But there has to be a way to like migrate all these people better. I got to some shows, and I couldn't get into some shows because the lines were too long. It doesn't matter who is working with you or for you or at the front, there was no way around it. I just made it overwhelming at times."
Still, she shared, "The shows that I went to — the ones that I did get to see — they were great."
