As the OG of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Vicki Gunvalson has gotten to know a lot of Housewives over the years, some she's warmed up to faster than others. And it looks like she's off to a rocky start with newcomer Braunwyn Windham-Burke this season of RHOC

Vicki didn't hit it off with Braunwyn at Tamra Judge's housewarming party earlier this season, and their friendship seemed to be over before it ever really began. Luckily, Vicki and Braunwyn were able to do a bit of a reset during their night out to dinner with the other RHOC ladies at Tortilla Republic. But when Vicki told Tamra and Shannon Storms Beador in Tuesday night's episode that she heard some people refer to Braunwyn by the not-so-flattering nickname "Boringwyn" (clip above), well, let's just say that it looked like these two still had some work to do.

Braunwyn didn't find her nickname very fitting while she was out to dinner with her mother, Dr. Deb, Tamra, Shannon, and Kelly Dodd. "In the moment, she's very reactive and instead of saying, 'Oh, I don't like the way you look,' or 'you're this,' she goes below the belt," Braunwyn said of Vicki during the episode. "I think because she's very insecure, in my opinion."

Vicki told The Daily Dish in an interview prior to Tuesday's episode airing that she was surprised to hear Braunwyn's comments, considering the fact that they hadn't spent much time together up to that point. "It’s very interesting to have Braunwyn have anything to say about me. I’ve spent less than two hours with this woman, and I have no idea who she is," she said. "She’s into saying anything she can right now to stay relevant and to cause problems with me. Truthfully, I don’t really care what she thinks of me, and [in] regards to me being insecure, my answer is YES I agree with her. Aren’t we all to some extent?"

Vicki still isn't so sure what to make of Braunwyn these days, telling The Daily Dish that she believes the newest OC Housewife is "a troublemaker" and "a liar." "I really don’t have much in common with her, and she hasn’t been too nice to me, so truthfully she needs to stay in her lane right now," Vicki said. "I’m keeping my distance on purpose, and still trying to figure her out."

Braunwyn previously addressed Vicki's reputation for being tough on new members of the RHOC squad during an exclusive interview with Bravo Insider in August. "I think Vicki’s just now starting to realize that I exist," she said with a laugh. "Otherwise, I think I had a very easy time. From what I’ve seen, I had a pretty easy time as the new girl. I was welcomed pretty quickly by everybody."

Of course, Vicki and Kelly's strained friendship also continued to be a major topic of conversation among the ladies in Tuesday night's episode as they discussed whether or not the two would be able to go on the upcoming girls' trip to Arizona together. "It was hard to hear that Tamra was on Kelly’s side at first," Vicki told The Daily Dish. "After talking with Tamra about why she said that, she told me Kelly was feeding her a bunch of incorrect information to try and conquer and divide us. I’m fine with it now, so stay tuned to see how this all unfolds this season."

Vicki said that she was actually optimistic that she and Kelly could get to a better place if they both went on the vacay. "Absolutely I was hoping our Arizona trip would get Kelly and I to at least be cordial to one another," she shared. "I have no desire to be BFFs with Kelly again, but like I said at my kitchen table [with Tamra and Shannon], I have no desire to continue to keep this fighting going on, and I have no desire to hurt her."
