After selling the 22,000-square-foot Newport Beach mansion for a record-breaking $55 million in 2022 (revisit the moment with Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents Josh Altman and his wife, Heather Altman in the video above), the pair bought a property in Beverly Hills in 2023.

According to a press release for Season 18 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, which premieres on Thursday, July 11, at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo, Heather and Terry "find themselves routinely commuting between Orange County and their new estate in Beverly Hills."

The release adds that, in addition to their Beverly Hills residence, the pair have a "Balboa Bay Club penthouse suite" in Newport Beach that "serves as OC ground zero with Terry’s practice and his mother around the corner."

Josh Altman teases "another" potential "lucrative deal" with Heather and Terry Dubrow

While we wait to see more details of the Dubrows' new Beverly Hills house, we love to revisit the exciting moment the couple officially sold their OC manse for $55 million in the video you can watch above.

"Working with Heather and Terry...that was a blast," Josh told BravoTV.com ahead of Season 15 of MDLLA, which premiers on July 10. "In fact, we had such a good time I hired their son [Nicholas]!" Josh exclaimed, speaking of how Heather and Terry's son took on an internship with the Altman Brothers ahead of his sophomore year of college in 2023.

According to a press release for MDLLA, Josh welcoming Nicholas to the company "may just lead to securing another lucrative deal" with Heather and Terry.

"[I'm] looking forward to many more deals in the future," Josh continued in our aforementioned interview. "Either investing together...or, of course, selling them the dream because ... they got big dreams!"

Press play on the video above to revisit the moment Josh called "insane" to PEOPLE magazine in November 2023.

"I told Terry, I was like, 'We caught lightning. Dude, we caught lightning,'" Josh shared with the outlet. "So it was a great deal and we're really excited about it."
